To show how effective these modifications can be, DragTimes has posted a video of a heavily modified RS Q8 dueling with a stock Urus on the drag strip.
While the Urus is bone stock, the RS Q8 is fitted with a new cat-back exhaust system, downpipes, and a tweaked ECU. These modifications have boosted the output to around 800 hp at the crank. That’s around 696 wheel hp and 839 lb-ft, giving the RS Q8 a huge power advantage over the Urus. In the quarter-mile drag race, the RS Q8 immediately takes the lead, but the times are closer than you might think. The RS Q8 completed the quarter-mile run in 11.566 seconds at 118.73 mph, while the Urus did it in 11.820 seconds at 115.88 mph.
