We recently purchased my daughter a used 2017 BMW 230i. She backed into another car and busted the plastic red cover over her driver side taillight. All of the lights actually still work, it’s just the red plastic that is broken, but from looking at it I believe the cover itself cannot be replaced and the entire lamp enclosure will need to be replaced. I’ve watched a couple of YouTube videos and it doesn’t seem like it’s that difficult. I’ve found the taillight on eBay but is there somewhere that might be a better place to purchase it? I get a little worried about what I’m getting sometimes when I purchase off of eBay.
